The Michael Laub building offers spaces for a melting pot of restaurants and bars, exercise facilities, office and storage spaces, storefront, retail, and sales centers and is currently home to CVS, Dotty's, Lucky Beaver, Diamond Resorts, Tahoe Ink, Pilates Studio Lake Tahoe, and Xhale.

WHO WE ARE

Michael & Tamara Laub purchased the building formerly known as Bill's Casino located at 31 | 27 highway 50, Stateline, NV in the winter of 2010.

After undergoing extensive restoration and renovation, the property was converted to its current commercial retail layout. The newly renovated property boasts over 50,000 total square feet, spans four floors and includes a parking lot with 400 parking spaces.
